Loyalty Plan Regulations:
• Loyalty Plan members will receive a key chain card which must be presented at check in, or point of purchase to receive all plan discounts.
• Loyalty Plan members will be accepted upon disclosure of a valid credit card number.
• Loyalty Plan members must provide 48-hour advance notice for Tee Time cancellations or reductions. Any Loyalty Plan member who fails to cancel or reduce outside 48-hours will be charged full public rate for his/her full reservation.
• Loyalty Plan members must present their Loyalty Plan card upon check-in at the Pro Shop.
• Loyalty Plan members are prohibited from transferring benefits to non-members. Evidence of sharing benefits will result in immediate forfeiture of all Loyalty Plan privileges without compensation or refund of Loyalty Plan dues.
• Loyalty Plan member benefits expire at the conclusion of the 2010 golf season.
• Merchandise discounts apply to all regular priced merchandise only.
